Roaring log fires and a good selection of well-kept ales are complemented by a hearty menu full of traditional pub classics and chef’s specials which use locally sourced produce that translate beautifully onto the plate.

Soup of the day with ciabatta bread

Deep fried crispy calamari with mixed leaves and sweet chilli sauce

Chicken liver pate with a fennel and mixed leaf salad red onion chutney and Melba toast

Baked camembert with red onion chutney and ciabatta bread
