- Website Management: Provide and manage the Norfolk Restaurant Week website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Comprehensive Marketing Campaign: Work to secure a comprehensive marketing campaign for Norfolk Restaurant Week that may include, but is not limited to, press and radio advertisements, printed literature, online promotions, social media, roadside advertising, and email campaigns.
- Program Management: Manage and maintain the Norfolk Restaurant Week program, ensuring smooth operation and coordination.
- Promotional Materials: Provide promotional materials for use by participating businesses to help maximise exposure and attract diners.
Collaboration Commitment: Norfolk Restaurant Week organizers and participating restaurants agree to collaborate closely to ensure the mutual success of the Restaurant Week campaign.
Booking and Liability: The Norfolk Restaurant Week organizers accept no liability for the volume of bookings and recommend all customers make prior reservations. An payment receipt will be issued upon receipt of the completed participation form.
Withdrawal Policy: We are unable to issue a refund for any restaurant that decides to withdraw from the event at any point.
Promotion Rights: The Norfolk Restaurant Week organisers reserve the right to cease promotion of any venue that fails to adhere to the agreed terms and conditions.
