THE WALPOLE ARMS

ITTERINGHAM

The Walpole Arms is a traditional country pub serving modern British cuisine. Dating back to the 18th century, it sits within the heart of north Norfolk’s picturesque countryside in the village of Itteringham.
Itteringham stands on the River Bure, four miles North West from the market town of Aylsham and just two miles from the National Trust’s magnificent Blickling Hall.

Having recently been bought by a local farming family, the Harrolds, who have been farming in nearby Oulton since the 1930s, the pub has been sympathetically renovated, maintaining its charm of a country pub delivering a relaxed atmosphere.

The chefs offer an innovative and exciting menu, preparing dishes using the highest quality locally produced seasonal ingredients, supplied from the Harrolds’ own farm and other local high quality producers.
